Alexa has the dress rehearsal tonight, for her very first dance recital which will be this weekend. So that is the main focus of our day. We are still doing school, but nothing extra. I don't want her to be nervous or stressed, so we are taking our time in getting her ready. Tonight they allow photos to be taken, but not during the actual show. She will be in full costume with her hair done up and makeup on (yes, though this is new to me, little ballerina's apparently need light makeup when they perform on stage). She seems confident and excited about this whole thing, but say a prayer for her just in case, please, because she just might get a little stage fright.
